Plain English AGSIST is free. Use the tools, use the data, make better decisions. Just know that prices are delayed, forecasts are forecasts, and nothing here is financial or agronomic advice. Don't sue us if a prediction is wrong — talk to your agronomist and your advisor.

Using the Site

By using AGSIST you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine — just don't use the site.

What AGSIST Is

A free agricultural dashboard providing market data, weather tools, spray advisories, and related information to the farming community. Data comes from third-party sources and is provided for informational purposes only.

What AGSIST Is Not

AGSIST is not a trading platform, a licensed advisory service, or a substitute for professional guidance. All price data is delayed a minimum of 15 minutes. All weather and advisory tools are decision-support aids — not directives.

Do not use AGSIST as the sole basis for trading decisions, financial planning, or application timing. Local conditions, product labels, and professional agronomist recommendations always come first.

No Warranties

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep data accurate and timely, but we make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or availability. Markets move, weather changes, and APIs go down.

Spray & Urea Advisories

Spray timing, urea volatilization risk, and other agronomic tools are exactly that — tools. They supplement your judgment, they don't replace it. AGSIST is not liable for crop losses, application errors, drift, or any damage arising from the use of advisory tools.

Intellectual Property

The AGSIST name, logo, the Farmers First Ag Index (FFAI), and site content belong to Farmers First Agri Service. Don't reproduce or redistribute without asking first.

Embeds & Developer Use

Free use of AGSIST embeds and widgets is fine for non-commercial agricultural or informational purposes with attribution. Commercial use needs a written agreement. See the Developer page.

Liability

AGSIST and Farmers First Agri Service are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on data provided here.

Updates

These terms may change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
