About these numbers
Rain is the county rain page's own gauge, NOAA or CoCoRaHS, with NOAA's 1991-2020 normals as the usual. When a gauge missed more than a tenth of the days, the inches stay and the percent of usual is left out. The basis middle is the middle of the elevator bids in our network for the state against the futures month most of them use, with its date; with too few bids it is left out. The block is rebuilt once a month, after the month ends.
