Sponsor PRF in your state
AGSIST has a free PRF calculator and a page for every state and county where USDA offers Pasture, Rangeland, Forage insurance. Ranchers use them to price coverage before the Dec 1 sales closing. One business per state can put its name on those pages.
See your block and ask or email Sig: sig@farmers1st.comWho it is for
Businesses that sell to people running cattle on grass or putting up hay:
- Crop insurance agencies
- Ag lenders
- Ranch supply
- Cattle buyers and sale barns
- Seed dealers
- Fencing dealers
What a sponsor gets
- The state PRF page. Your block near the top of that state’s page, under the opening answer, on the page with every county’s USDA base values and the key dates.
- Every county page in the state. 3,070 county pages across 48 states. A smaller version of your block near the top of each one in your state.
- The calculator result. Your block beside the result on /prf whenever a rancher’s grid is in your state.
- Your name, logo, one line, phone and a link, labeled Sponsor.
- A word for you from AGSIST. Each block tells readers that AGSIST is free because businesses like yours pay for it, and asks them to tell you they saw you there.
See your block, then ask
Type your business the way you want it to read. The preview below is drawn by the same code the PRF pages use, so this is what it would look like.
The figures stay USDA’s
- Every figure on the PRF pages comes from USDA RMA’s own rates, county base values and PRF index record.
- The pages stay neutral: no lead forms, no “best” months, no routing to an agent.
- A sponsor has no say over any figure. Every block is labeled Sponsor, and its link is marked as sponsored.
- The PRF pages tell readers that a sponsor may sell crop insurance.
The terms
- One business per state. Take as many states as you want.
- Prepaid. The placement is guaranteed through Dec 31, and you get the first say on renewing for the next year.

- Live once paid. Sig puts the block up himself and it shows on every page in the state at once. He can turn a block down.
- Traffic on request. The PRF pages are new this fall, so ask for the latest figures for your state.
- The advertising rules set by your company and your state apply to your block.
